Answer: We are currently purchasing properties in South Florida. However, our goal is to purchase properties nationwide.
2. In what counties does Homeland Enterprise, LLC buy homes?
Answer: We are currently purchasing properties in Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach, Collier, Monroe, Martin, St. Lucie, Hendry, Glades, Lee, Charlotte, etc. However, our goal is to purchase properties nationwide.
3. What types of homes does Homeland Enterprise, LLC purchase?
Answer: We purchase single family residential properties, townhouses, duplexes, triplex, quadplex, condo's and manufactured homes in certain areas.
4. How long does the home selling process take?
Answer: Homeland Enterprise, LLC typically provides you with an offer within 24 hours after you submit your request. Once we agree to buy your house, and you agree to sell us your house, we can close in as little as 3 days. However, we have found a typical closing to take approximately 20-30 days.
5. Do you buy houses that need major repairs?
Answer: Yes. We buy houses in any condition, as it is, without asking you to make any changes, repairs, or updates.
6. Will you be making a low ball offer?
Answer: No. Once we are provided with relevant information about the property's location, condition, and living arrangements, we use our proprietary algorithm to determine what offer we're willing to accept from the seller.
7. Do you purchase properties with the tenant still living in it?
Answer: Yes
8. What happens after we agree on a price and sign a purchase agreement?
Answer: Once we've signed a purchase agreement, the documents are immediately transferred over to a third party unbiased closing agent (i.e. Title Company, Closing Attorney, Escrow Agent) along with an earnest money deposit. Once received, the Closing Agent will run a preliminary lien and title search to ensure that the property is free of any encumbrances and that you actually own the property and have the legal right to sell it. After the lien and title search comes back "CLEAR," we then wire your cash into the escrow account, and from there, the Escrow Agent will wire the funds into your account. (You may also request a check be mail to you or you may come and pick it up in person.)
